We are experts at what we do - ensuring our clients' financial systems support their growth and success. Most accounting textbooks begin with a simple sentence: accounting is the language of business.

We're native speakers, and that means we're able to support your business in ways you're likely not even aware of yet.

Our accounting and bookkeeping starts by ensuring the records are accurate, but that's just the beginning. Accurate accounting records mean an accurate picture of the business.

With that picture, we're able to leverage our expertise to point out potential cost-savings, systems efficiencies, new target markets, and many other things that will help support the success of your business.

Bookkeeping is just the beginning of how we help you. We start by taking that off of your plate so you can focus on the bigger picture. We also help you understand what that bigger picture might be.

We encounter two types of bookkeeping firms: the online-only outsourcer and the Quickbooks superstars. We are neither.

The online outsourcers promise you everything for just $99 per month. To them, everything means a reconciled monthly bank statement completed by offshore accountants in India or the Philippines for pennies on the dollar, all in exchange for a software discount or a sub-par tax discount. They don't understand you, your company, and to them you're just another number.

The Quickbooks superstars are bookkeepers who served in a bookkeeper or tax assistant capacity and think that they're ready to offer their services to every business on the planet. Unfortunately, their limited experience means frequent mistakes, unreliable financial reports, and oftentimes, simply incorrect books.

Our staff all have a minimum of bachelors degrees in accounting, finance and business. Additionally, the majority of our staff have years of experience in a variety of industries and have the knowledge and experience to know the best accounting treatments for you and your company.

We offer tailored services to numerous industries. Our clients include organizations in the following industries:

  • Non-Profit / 501(c)(3)
  • State-contract Agencies
  • Retail Shops
  • Service Firms
  • Restaurants / Food Service
  • Manufacturing Companies
  • Construction / Trades
  • Houses of Worship

We start with GAAP accounting and then work with your industry requirements to develop the best approach to staying current with your books, whether its inventory management and purchase/procurement workflows or tracking revenue recognition, fixed assets and depreciation, or revenue recognition.

No matter your needs, our team can add value to your organization.

All of our systems and practices are directed at supporting and protecting your organization - and that includes any information you provide to us.

We use systems in accordance with best practices and ensure that software products we recommend and use undergo the appropriate regular security audits and provide end-to-end encryption of all transmitted data.

Additionally, every member of our team understands the importance of propriety information and the essential aspects of ensuring it stays confidential.
